One dedicated provider, trained in both traditional and integrative medicine, who knows your full picture.
Provider visits
One virtual primary care visit and one virtual urgent care visit each month, plus unlimited messaging. In-person visits are available on Fridays, subject to availability.
Labs twice a year
Over 100 biomarkers covering metabolism, inflammation, nutrients, organ function and hormones when indicated. Most annual physicals check fewer than 20.
Personal health blueprint
A plan built from your results twice a year, with nutrition, sleep, movement and supplement recommendations that change as your data changes.
Hormone optimization
When clinically appropriate: bioidentical hormone therapy for women, fertility-preserving testosterone optimization and testosterone replacement for men.
Peptides and GLP-1s
Member access to peptide therapy and GLP-1 medications for metabolic health, when clinically recommended and managed by your provider.

Urgent care is available during business hours, with on-call coverage after hours and on weekends. I don't prescribe DEA-scheduled medications (opioids, ADHD stimulants, sedatives); testosterone is the one exception.

Because your membership reserves provider time, care planning and labs, fees aren't refunded once a billing period starts.
If you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of your current 6- or 12-month term.

What is integrative direct primary care?
A membership-based, cash-pay model. You pay one monthly fee directly instead of using insurance, and get convenient online visits for acute concerns, chronic conditions, preventive care, medication management and labs, without surprise bills or insurance limits.
Can I still use my insurance?
Visits are 100% cash-pay, which allows longer visits and faster access. You can still use your insurance for additional labs, imaging or prescriptions at outside facilities.
Are virtual primary care visits safe and effective?
Yes. Most primary care concerns can be handled safely by secure video, including medication refills, chronic disease management, mental health, gut issues, hormones, weight, skin issues and follow-ups. If you need hands-on care, imaging or labs, I'll refer you to a local facility.
Do you offer in-person visits?
Most visits are virtual and available anywhere in Texas. In-person appointments are available on Fridays in Austin, subject to availability.
Can you prescribe medications?
Yes, including chronic disease medications, mental health medications, hormone therapy, weight-loss medications and antibiotics when appropriate. I don't prescribe controlled substances such as opioids, sedatives or stimulant ADHD medications. Testosterone is the only controlled substance I prescribe.
Can you order labs and imaging?
Yes: bloodwork, hormone and metabolic panels, and imaging such as X-ray, ultrasound, mammogram, CT and MRI. If you have commercial insurance, these may be covered.
Can you help keep prescriptions affordable?
Yes. Prescriptions can go to your local pharmacy, a mail-order pharmacy or a cash-pay compounding pharmacy, and I'll help you find the most affordable option.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most visits can be scheduled the same or next day. For sick visits, send a message through the patient portal and I'll offer a same- or next-day appointment, including after hours.
