Prescribe hormone therapy with confidence

I built BHRT Navigator for clinicians who want to offer hormone therapy in their own practice: a point-of-care reference app and a full course, covering dosing, labs, protocols and the research that supports modern bioidentical hormone therapy. Not a textbook. A tool you open between patients.

Instant access · Works on any phone or desktop · Updated as guidelines evolve

The BHRT Navigator app, showing the candidacy screening screen

What's inside

Everything you need, nowhere else to look

Built from a full BHRT course and organized the way you actually think through a visit.

Female protocols

Perimenopause through menopause, candidacy screening, MHT, PHRT, non-hormonal options and breast health, sequenced the way a visit unfolds.

Male protocols

Testosterone deficiency workup, fertility-preserving vs. standard TRT, and prostate safety monitoring in one place.

Searchable Rx cards

Real medications, doses and sigs, filterable by hormone class, ready to reference while you write the prescription.

Estradiol conversion charts

See where every patch, gel, injection and oral dose lands in serum estradiol, sourced from FDA labels, not guesswork.

Compounding dose calculator

Solve for concentration, volume or days of supply on Topi-Click or MD Pump, built for how compounding pharmacies actually work.

The evidence, explained

The WHI story, what actually happened vs. the headlines, plus the research since, so you can explain the “why” to patients in plain terms.

The app

A closer look at the app

Real screens from the app, not mockups. The actual tool you'll open at the bedside.

Built by a prescriber, for prescribers

This course and reference tool come from real clinical practice: the questions that actually come up in the exam room, the dosing decisions that don't have a clean textbook answer, and the evidence base that got left behind after 2002. It's meant to be used, not just read once.

Questions

Course & app FAQ

Anything else? Email xenia@yourfunctionalmednp.com.

Is this CME-accredited?

No. This is an independent educational course and clinical reference tool, not an accredited CME activity. It's designed to build practical, working knowledge, not to satisfy a CME requirement.

Do I need a special license or DEA registration to use this?

The content is written for licensed prescribers (MD/DO, NP, PA). It doesn't grant any prescribing authority; your own license and state scope of practice govern what you're able to prescribe.

What happens after my year of app access ends?

Your access simply pauses, and nothing is deleted. Renew anytime for $149/year to pick back up where you left off.

Can I upgrade from App only to the full course later?

Yes. Reach out and we'll credit what you've already paid toward the Complete Course price.

Is this medical advice?

No. This is educational content for licensed clinicians and does not replace clinical judgment, informed consent, or shared decision-making with your own patients.
